999kk keeps the Bengali interface active by default for Bangladeshi users. If you ever need to change the language, just follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account and click the profile icon in the top right corner.
2. Go to the "Settings" menu.
3. Go to "Language" and select from the list Bengali select.
4. Click "Save" — the language will change as soon as the page refreshes.

To change the language on the mobile app, go to the menu icon (☰) and navigate to "Settings" → "Language". The change takes effect immediately — no need to restart the app.

999kk offers several responsible betting tools that you can manage directly from your settings. To enable them, log in and go to "Settings" → "Responsible Gaming".

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. For example, setting a daily limit of ৳1,000 means you won't be able to deposit more than that in a single day.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a daily limit on how many hours you spend betting in a session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a betting break for anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Fully lock your account for anywhere from 6 months to 5 years.

Temporary Suspension:

2. Select "Cooling-Off Period" and set it to 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or 6 weeks — whichever suits you.

Permanent Closure (Account Closure):

2. State your reason and enter the confirmation SMS code.

Forgetting your password happens to everyone — no need to worry, resetting it on 999kk is simple.

3. A 6-digit OTP will be sent to your phone within seconds — it is valid for 10 minutes।

Here's how it works: Winnings = Stake × Odds

• Let's say Bangladesh's odds in a match are 2.50. You placed a ৳1,000 bet.
• If Bangladesh wins: ৳1,000 × 2.50 = ৳2,500 ( ৳1,500 profit).
• Odds 1.50 For example: ৳1,000 × 1.50 = ৳1,500 (profit: ৳500).

What do higher odds mean? The higher the odds, the less likely the market thinks that team is to win — but the bigger the payout if they do.

To change the format: You can switch between Decimal, Fractional, or American format anytime from your settings. Most bettors in Bangladesh prefer the decimal format.
